Intact are proud to announce that Bluebay Building Products have placed their order for a 26-user iQ system.
Bluebay is an independently run company with a focused commitment to the highest standards of service. They have been established for over 17 years with a strong brand recognition and a wide presence throughout the UK, now boasting a network of 4 branches.
All of Bluebay’s stocked products are delivered directly to their customers, mainly via their own fleet of vehicles from their strategically positioned network of depots throughout the UK.
Bluebay were impressed with the ability of Intact iQ to offer a dedicated delivery scheduling service and electronic proof of delivery through its native app service Intact Access.
As national distributors of specialist building products, such as groundwork engineering, waterproofing, chemicals, sealants & joint fillers and much more, Bluebay needed to move away from their existing Xeres system in order to support the company’s impressive growth in recent years.
Their main priority was to automate routine tasks to increase productivity, and also improve on their already enviable customer service levels.
