Yes. GenetiQ is built for connectivity. It uses a modern REST API and, where needed, EDI, so orders, inventory and documents (via your document management system) flow end-to-end without re-keying.
You’ll also find built-in integrations across ecommerce, logistics, industry data and finance - for example Luckins, Toolbank, Syncfinity, Creditsafe, and card payments via Clover. If you rely on other platforms, we can connect GenetiQ to those too.
Implementation varies by product. For GenetiQ Flex (our mid-tier subscription), you follow a phased, people-first programme led by our Centre of Excellence.
