Can you describe a typical day in your position at Intact?

On my average day at work, I start off by checking my emails. This way, I can reply to customers and get everything organised at the start of the day. I then look over my to-do list and get started on the projects that are my top priority. 

 

What's the best piece of advice you've ever received? 

Treat others the way you want to be treated. Do right. Do your best. 

What's your favourite thing about working at Intact? 

Teamwork and collaboration. In my experience, successful projects often stem from effective communication and collaboration among team members. 

 

What's the first app you check in the morning? 

The weather app, every day. 

 

How long have you been working at Intact?  

13 years, 7 months

What's the most rewarding part of your job when it comes to serving our customers? 

Helping and making customers happy.

 

What three items would you take to a deserted island? 

A machete, a fishing net and a hammock... Obviously!
