No two days are the same! I love helping people.
What's your most-used productivity hack?
Recording voice notes and listening back to them when you need to get something down quickly.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
When I'm not working, I enjoy walking my two dogs, Hector and Gus, baking and cooking, attending gigs and festivals, and maybe making a trip or two to the pub.
A colleague is buying you lunch - what are you having?
This depends on how big the first and second breakfasts were! Gyoza or Chinese dumplings, loaded salad with a spicy dressing, curry, noodles. Everything really!
How do you make our customers' lives easier?
We hold regular meetings with them, act as the customers' voice within Intact, chase up queries, and ensure they're happy.
What's your favourite travel location?
Any city break. Budapest during Christmas is amazing. The Segway Tour, not so much, but that's another story.
You can invite three people (alive or dead) to dinner. Who are they?
Only three? Will Ferrell, Stephen Fry and Jennifer Saunders. Can I sneak more in please?! If so, Miriam Margolyes, Dave Grohl, Robin Williams and George Michael.
