In his 21 years at Intact, Justin has dipped his toe (a little nod to his fair-weather surfing hobby!) in every department of this business and understands the lives of everyone in the company; something he feels is key to his role as CEO.

He continuously looks for ways to make our customers’ lives easier.  Along with reporting to all stakeholders, he ensures the right resources are in place and that everyone is on board with the company strategy. Justin loves interacting with the people around him, creating a culture where people challenge and learn from each other.

He strives to make Intact an aspirational company to work for – where talented people create amazing solutions for our customers. Justin loves family time, guitar, music and learning. LOVES learning.

While he may just claim to listen to music and type code, Aidan has led his team through 4 generations of our business software. Now CTO and head of R&D, he guides Intact’s future product direction.

‘Innovating with Purpose’ is the Intact value that drives him most.  Everyday his skilled and dedicated team strive to add new features and modify existing capabilities to help customers elevate their businesses; and make them more profitable.

He loves the creative side of development, along with anything techy, running, football and playing the piano.

In addition to being co-founder and Company Director, Paul is also our Intact Cliqx (e-commerce solution) and Intact Access (mobile access to key data) app product manager.  With his team, Paul works tirelessly in providing customers with meaningful solutions that are easy to use and provide quick access to real-time information to make on-the-spot decisions.

‘Collaborating as one’ is the Intact value that drives him most as he strives to deliver value for customers by working closely with them and colleagues.  Paul is a big fan of rugby and enjoys photography.

Responsible for the overall financial function and strategy of Intact for over 10 years, Fergal finds no two days are the same. His favourite quote ‘The more you know, the more you know you don’t know’ compels him to seek out new challenges that interest him and perform them to the best of his ability.

He values Intact’s great working environment and company culture.  An avid footballer, Fergal loves family time and a bit of golf (he’s a stickler for the rules though!).

Heading up an experienced sales team, Mark is also involved in product pricing and seeking out new market opportunities. With an innate talent for finding an analogy for every situation, Mark regularly engages with customers, shares his experiences and advises on future technology advances that are right for their business.

He’s a people-person and finds every customer meeting as enlightening as the next.  An avid audio book fan, Mark is heavily involved in the local community and supporting his 5 children’s sporting & personal endeavours.

‘Treat people how you would like to be treated’ is something Gary lives by; in life and in business.  Constantly challenging the way we do things, he enjoys every opportunity to make a difference to the lives of both staff and customers.  As UK Operations Director Gary looks after the day to day running of the UK Head Office; drawing on his 22 years’ experience in the software industry (19 with Intact products).

He loves the people and culture of Intact and when not working, a spot of golf.

As UK Sales Director, Mark loves introducing businesses to a system that’s ultimately going to save them time and drive profitability.  Responsible for new business and customer happiness, he feels immensely proud when he sees customers using Intact in very clever ways – even showing him some things he doesn’t know.

Mark enjoys meeting customers with varied needs and identifying how Intact iQ can support their business plans.  He loves family time, spinning and is excited to be involved as we grow worldwide.

Gary’s been a software developer all his working life; including co-founding and developing a leading merchant software solution.  As Product Director, he spends a lot of time with customers observing how they use Intact, listens to their challenges & drives product improvements based on their valued feedback. He’s often found in a consultancy capacity too and enjoys his varied role.

Driven by customer satisfaction with us and our solutions, Gary is a stickler for attention to detail and delivering polished products. A family man, he loves photography, movies and new technology.

Heading up the Intact marketing team since joining in 2016, Emma has been pivotal in developing and executing the Intact brand strategy.  Along with her team, she continuously champions Intact’s core USPs and actively engages with customers to ensure their voice is a key driver shaping Intact’s future.

Emma loves the passion and dedication of the entire Intact team and their commitment to serving our customers so they can operate at their best. Apart from running after 2 small kids, she loves rugby, guitar and reading (the old fashioned way – hardcopy only!).

Coming from a commercial background, Una, a qualified psychologist, oversees the Intact HR function. This includes all policies and procedures, training and development requirements and enhancing the organisational culture.  She’s all about attracting the right talent and providing progression paths to ensure staff remain with Intact for years to come.

She loves working as part of a team and is excited about Intact’s growth plans. She likes to get things done and values transparency and having a good work ethic. Her holiday home in Portrush is her go-to hideaway but she also enjoys golfing and nights out.

For Robbie, no two days are the same. He prides himself on always being at the end of a phone or email; assisting customers on their implementation and post go-live journey. In Intact over 14 years, Robbie loves the people and the culture at Intact along with the best of breed products we develop that enable our customers to operate at their best.

He lives by the adage ‘Always try your best and you can’t do better than that’ and keeps relatively active, spending time with family and his local GAA club.

Understanding the strategic business requirement of customers and how software can facilitate those requirements is key to Trevor’s cross-functional role looking after our Intact Xline solution.  Always striving for excellence and transparency, he enjoys solving new challenges every day.

He loves the people he works with and the partnerships he builds with the customers he serves. He enjoys exercise in any capacity (that includes running after 3 kids under 5 years old)!

Eoghan is the driving force behind ensuring each customers’ project is delivered on time and on budget. Key to that endeavour is ensuring momentum is maintained throughout. Managing our team of consultants, he and his team focus on delighting our customers.  He loves the people he works with, the customers he serves and solving the challenges each business faces in deploying the same software.

When not working, he’s out sailing or listening to the sports podcast, the ‘Second Captains’.
