ECF have been in business for almost 40 years. They specialise in manufacturing bespoke kitchen, bedroom and bathroom products from their site in Rearsby, Leicestershire, in the UK. The site consists of three manufacturing plants, three warehouses and two office buildings, including a Design & Marketing Suite. The company’s USP is being a family owned business that guarantees a unique reliable product, attention to detail and great customer service.

Before using Intact

At the outset ECF stressed that the new system would need to have the flexibility and scalability to grow with their business. They didn’t want to invest in another stop-gap purchase that might only last two or three years before they out-grew the software again. For example, adding new products for their made to measure range of doors and pushing them live for their users to enter on the system is now easily managed in-house. They have also significantly enhanced business operations by introducing real-time workflows, tailored alerts, user driven control desks, dashboards and scheduled reporting.
