December 2023 marked our first time at the LBM Expo, hosted at the Earth and Expo Convention Center at Mohegan Sun. The LBM Expo is the largest regional event in the lumber and building materials industry, presented by the Northeastern Retail Lumber Association (NRLA), and we’re proud our debut was a success!
Our team of Intacters in attendance were Justin Lawless, CEO; Amanda Newman, Head of Marketing; Gary Brookshaw, Product Director and Sebastian Leonardi, Head of Business Development, North America. We enjoyed showing our perfect fit ERP software that empowers our customers to gain a competitive advantage by driving growth, increasing revenue, and reducing costs through process efficiency and automation.
During the event, we provided attendees with some Casino themed fun, our Spin-to-Win game was a big hit! We had an array of prizes up for grabs and the fortunate few who won were put into a nail-biting draw narrowed down to just two players! Marc Miller from Dartmouth Building Supply was crowned our winner and was lucky enough to take home our jackpot prize, a $500 Amazon voucher! Congrats!
And the fun didn’t stop there…
On the first day of the event, we hosted our very own drinks reception after handing out drink tokens disguised as casino chips throughout the day. This was a great opportunity to meet other vendors in the industry.
We were then invited to an official pub crawl, organized by the NRLA where a board member greeted us upon arrival. We found it rather fitting that this began in an Irish bar!
Mohegan Sun proved to be an impressive resort to be hosting the LBM Expo and we found there was never a quiet moment. We were able to meet new integration partners and network with other vendors in the industry due to the steady flow of visitors to our booth. The exhibition floor hosted vendors showcasing cutting-edge products and services. We took away some valuable insights from the esteemed national speakers the NRLA chose to present at the event.
