Field Marketing Manager

Intact are seeking to hire a field marketing manager to join their growing marketing team. Reporting to the CMO, the field marketing manager will play an integral role in helping Intact achieve its growth goals in the Ireland and UK region. You will be directly responsible for planning, executing, analysing, and optimizing all account-based marketing activities to achieve pipeline goals. The primary objectives of this position are to increase awareness, engagement, and drive demand for Intact’s solutions across targeted leads and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor and collate market research (at industry, trade association, competitor & targeted account level) to identify strategic insights and account-based marketing opportunities. Present findings to the marketing, sales team, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Create, execute and manage account-based marketing campaigns and activities, in partnership with sales and marketing, including identifying target accounts, developing strategy, executing campaigns and measuring results with the support of cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to integrate company and solution/product specific messaging into Account Based Marketing Campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop metrics to measure the success of ABM initiatives
  • Conduct post-event/campaign evaluations and ROI analysis; report and share results and recommendations with sales team, marketing and senior leadership demonstrating the impact of account based marketing activities.
  • Maximise use of our current marketing tools (Hubspot, Google Analytics, Adwords, Search Console, Lead Forensics, Intact iQ CRM ) to facilitate objectives.
  • Orchestrate regular pipeline review and feedback sessions with the sales team
  • Develop marketing and sales playbooks for target segments, over time
  • Coordinate sales and marketing team efforts to ensure both teams support one another and work in tandem to achieve organisational goals.


Knowledge and Experience

  • 5 years’ experience in a similar account based marketing role with marketing or business related qualification
  • Experience of working in a Technology Company would be considered desirable
  • Experience with marketing automation software, ideally Hubspot, CRM tools and Google Analytics Suite
  • Knowledge of best practices in modern marketing: inbound marketing, digital marketing etc.
  • In depth knowledge of B2B marketing principles and best practice
  • Experience in managing a budget and measuring campaign effectiveness
  • Experience building and executing campaigns across various platforms (i.e. email, events, digital, SEM, SEO, social media)
