Stock by Size Module
In recent years, a number of Intact users have expressed a need to track their stock in a variety of styles and sizes. In the past it was necessary to set up an 'Intact Stock Code' for each individual item size so if you had black leather shoes available in sizes 1 to 12, it was necessary to set up 12 different stock codes.
Intact developed a 'Stock by Size' module which simplifies the control. This module is integrated into the sales and purchase order processing modules giving stock control by size across the entire system. When a stock item is highlighted, the total quantity is displayed. Using the function keys a size breakdown of this total is easily accessed.

Intact maintains maximum, minimum and re-order levels for all sizes within a stock code. Effective use of these figures combined with the reserved and on order stock, leads to a reliable order processing system
