Companies who have been using computerised accounts systems for a number of years look to the implementation of customer focused activity to expand their business. Traditionally, this would have involved implementing separate Customer Relationship Management Software. Where advanced functionality in this regard is a requirement, it is possible to link Intact to Goldmine or any other CRM Package.

However, for the majority of the Intact User base, there are a number of basic requirements in this regard and we have embraced these in the modules below. These are not sold as part of the standard Intact Software package but when activated are integrated at every level in the Software.
