The INTACT Accounting & Business Management Solution now boasts a user-friendly E-Commerce module. Embracing the latest developments in Internet technology and the willingness of Irish and International Businesses to trade on-line, INTACT has maintained a simplistic yet powerful approach to Business to Business Ecommerce.
THE INTACT Ecommerce module is integrated with your own company website allowing your customers an option "Order on Line". They log into the On Line section by correctly entering Account Code, User Name and Password. Once in, your customers can do the following:
- Place Orders
- View Stock Levels
- View Pricing Information
- View Transaction history
- Check Order Status
- Request document copies.
The E-commerce module is totally integrated with all INTACT’s standard product range e.g. you can send invoices / statements / reminders via email and make electronic payments. This often represents the first step along the road to E-enabling your business.
When you update a stock item or customers ledger card for example in INTACT, the stock file or customer’s account on the web can be updated immediately or within a specified time period ie 30 mins. At this time all changes will be uploaded on the web and any new transactions ie orders will be downloaded into intact.
