The ability to Fax and or email Invoices, Statements, Sales Acknowledgements, Purchase Orders, Remittance Advice have been a standard feature for a number of years, yet many companies have still not embraced even basic electronic functionality. The Intact EDI module allows companies take their Electronic Communication to the next level. It allows you to send and receive documents electronically to Suppliers or Customers which reduces the need to re-enter information. For example, a Purchase order from a Customer can automatically appear as a Sales Order in your Intact accounts system without the need to re-enter the line item details.
