Accounting Software for Manufacturing Assembly

Many production applications do not demand full ERP (Enterprise Resouce Planning) controls and as such Intact provides a cost effective solution.  The Intact bill of materials lets you define the components required to build products in a light manufacturing environment.  Works orders can be created for these assembly items that will automatically reserve, and subsequently remove the goods from stock.

These features allow you to efficiently monitor and control the stock of raw materials, manufactured parts and finished goods.  This is particularly useful for warehouse personnel responsible for the stock levels.  An integrated mobile warehouse solution with shelf edge barcode labels in the warehouse would assist in the tighter control.

The works order processing can be linked to the sales order processing allowing back to back sales orders / works orders to be created.  Also, when viewing the stock information screen, the quantity also scheduled for production is clearly visible.
